I became a board member in my community in 2016 and I had met with Crossover Janitorial Services and two other companies. I liked the personable and professional feeling I got from them as well as their knowledge in their line of work. I gave him our scope of work that we were asking for in our community and they have complied with it all. We had an incident one year that involved blood being spilled in our building and Mr. Felton and his crew came right away to clean it and sanitize it. We and the rest of the homeowners were satisfied with their work and happy they could come as quickly as they could. They've shampooed our condominium carpets that were long overdo for a thorough cleaning. He pulled up so much dirt in our hallway carpets. They were clean and fresh smelling afterwards. If there have been any issues or concerns during their cleaning Mr. Felton does not hesitate in contacting me to inform me. I would definitely recommend Crossover Janitorial Services.

I was amazed at the first contact I had with Cross Over janitorial, Eric Felton accommodated my time frame, and their price was within my budgetary requirements. I was equally amazed at how efficient and lovely Nicole and Sade were at first meeting. They explained everything they were to do and made sure it agreed with my expectations. They went to work and they cleaned everything in the time allotted and did an extra job I had requested on their arrival. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with their work and the products they used on my floors and offices. I will definitely use them again.
